Combining the right kinds of food in your diet does more to get rid of your Acne. Why I included diet was because at lot of people will say since I have detoxed I don’t really need a diet but I should let you know that detoxing is just for a while but when you make healthy diet a lifestyle and will never have any re-occurrences of acne and other health problems. What you eat matters a great deal to your skin. Using your diet alone, as a natural treatment is enough to get aid of your acne.

During the time of the Paleolithic age to the Neolithic age, where the invent of refrigerators and microwave was not present, man lived a healthier life because most of what he consumes are fruits and vegetables even if he has to cook some of them are fresh from his farm to the kitchen but with the rise of technology, most of our food have lost the vital nutrient due to preservatives and chemicals.

  • Eat food that has fiber like oat need, boom bread and wheat for proper digestion.

Curing Acne Starts with Drinking Water

Water is the most vital nutrient. Water makes up about 60% of our total body weight. The national Research council recommends approximately 8-10 glasses per day for women and 18 –12 glasses a day for men.

Water flushes out toxins and impurities out of our bodies as well as it is crucial to a healthy skin. Water keeps our kidney and liver functioning properly. Without adequate water the kidney cannot produce enough urine to flush out wastes. People with acne are suggested to drink at least half of their body weight in ounces of water each day.

  • For every caffeinated beverage you drink have a glass of water. Caffeine dehydrates and can make you excrete more water than you take in.

  • At home or at work keep a glass of water nearby and drink from it often.

  • Drink 250ml of water for every 15 minute you exercise.

  • The average person with acne ought to take 3 liters of water per day whose equivalent would be two bottles.
